Private Room
A private room will always be more expensive than a shared room. It offers maximum privacy and personal space — ideal for clients who value independence or have specific medical requirements.
Semi-Private Room
A shared room that fosters companionship and social interaction. More affordable than a private room and often preferred by clients who enjoy company.
The choice often comes down to budget and the resident's personal preference for privacy versus companionship. Specialized care, training, and equipment also play a role in the variable nature of cost from one client to another. We are happy to discuss which option best fits your situation.
